Experience authentic Mexican cuisine with El Padrino's traditional enchiladas. Our soft corn tortillas are rolled around seasoned fillings, topped with authentic enchilada sauce and melted cheese. Choose from classic red sauce, tangy green salsa verde, or rich, complex mole sauce. Each order is served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and crema. Made with traditional techniques and quality ingredients, our enchiladas deliver the genuine taste of Mexico in every bite.
At El Padrino Restaurant, our enchiladas are crafted using traditional Mexican methods that have been perfected over generations. We start with soft, fresh corn tortillas, fill them with your choice of seasoned chicken, beef, or cheese, then carefully roll each one by hand. The enchiladas are placed in a baking dish and topped with your choice of sauce: classic red enchilada sauce made from dried chiles and spices, tangy salsa verde made from tomatillos and green chiles, or our rich mole sauce featuring a complex blend of chiles, chocolate, and aromatic spices. A generous layer of melted cheese tops each enchilada, creating that perfect golden, bubbly finish.
What makes our enchiladas exceptional is the attention to detail in every component. Our fillings are perfectly seasoned and cooked until tender. Each sauce is made from scratch using authentic recipes – the red sauce has deep chile flavor with just the right amount of heat, the salsa verde brings bright, tangy notes, and the mole delivers complex, slightly sweet and savory flavors that showcase the artistry of Mexican cuisine. Every order comes with fluffy Mexican rice, creamy refried beans, and a drizzle of crema. Whether you're craving comfort food or exploring Mexican culinary traditions, our enchiladas offer a satisfying, flavorful experience that keeps customers coming back.

"Finally, a hidden gem I've been searching for. These are the hidden spots that make the search worth while. Expect authentic Mexican and Salvadorian food. We were stuffed after ordering enchiladas and papusa and taco dish. To find it you'll have to go park at the back which is where the entrance is. As mentioned it's a hidden spot. Go out of your way for authenticity."
